Royston Arts Society Exhibition in collaboration with Royston Arts Festival this weekend
Dear All,The Royston Arts Society will be holding it's annual exhibition this weekend, starting with a preview evening from 8 - 10pm with wine and nibbles, then opening from 10am - 5pm on Saturday & Sunday, 29th & 30th September. The venue is the Royston Town Hall, Melbourn Street, Royston SG8 7DA.There is a large car park behind the Town Hall which is free after 3pm on Friday and Saturday, and all day Sunday. As always we will be serving refreshments, and this year all the proceeds from the tea and cakes will be donated to Macmillan Cancer Support.The theme of this years RoystonArtsFestival.org is 'About Time', so we are also running a competition to find the favourite picture on this theme. Apart from the RAS exhibition there is lots going on over the weekend in Royston, including a Dalek invasion on Saturday morning in the high street, so bring the children for a treat!
